The tech came right away at our landlords call. Our heater went out. He assessed the problem and on a cold night brought 3 heaters in for us to get through the night which was so kind. Joey showed up the next day and was professional, thorough and quick. He did a great job and was so friendly. I highly recommend.

AC was installed July 2021. Wiring repair was requested. I’ve been in contact with Rena to dispatch a tech. (August 2022). Communication between customer, dispatcher/technician should be improved. It will only take seconds to call if tech has to reschedule or if service has been completed but Sarte employees don’t do that. I had to call the office multiple times to ask what’s the hold up after two re-scheduling made. Only to be given an excuse that tech attended and note was added to my “other” file. I was then advised that wiring isn’t covered as it was stolen by tenant. I then requested for a tech to provide a quote for the wiring repair (via phone and email). I was advised diagnostic fee would be charged for this request for a tech to attend which is fine. I didn’t receive any confirmation so I went with another contractor. I am so unhappy with their overall service anyway so what’s the point of using them again.Then today, sept 9th I got an invoice for diagnostic I never received a confirmation that is being done nor an estimate provided. I called their accounting dept and spoke to Matthew about my complaint. Surprisingly I was told I was the first to have expressed a complaint.I deal with multiple contractors from time to time but never had such a poor experience like with Sarte.

Our furnace stopped working yesterday and we called city energy heating & Air conditioning the send technician Don come on time and find the issue very quickly and repair was done same day. Price was amazing.We highly recommend city energy.Thanks again.

Applewood completed my gas line for the new pool heater. The job was done professional, and timely. Igli,(our techncian) was great. He was very pleasant and completed the job quickly with no issues, problems or complaints. We couldn't ask for a better company to have done this job for us. We will definitely tell all our friends to use Applewood in the future.

I had purchased an Ecobee but upon installation, realized I was in over my head. Gave these guys a call, and was immediately able to set up a time for an installation. Bulut and Liam were very professional and great communicators. Very knowledgable and very friendly.I would recommend them to anyone looking for any work done to your HVAC systems!Thanks guys!

We have used Reid Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. Overall they have been outstanding. Recently our 23 year old furnace failed. We received prompt, friendly and knowledgeable advice and we decided to go ahead and replace the furnace . We were able to make a informed decision on a specific model. The installation team were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all of our questions and comply with any reasonable particular requests we had such as furnace filter size, thermostat and venting options. Before the team's departure, they made sure to explain all the functions and expectation of the new unit and left the working area immaculate! The installation itself, though a retrofit from an older model was done flawlessly. We have noted this in other installation they have done us. The installation was neat and configured, definitely professionally done! Of course we LUV our new furnace, so much quieter than the old one. Thank you for a job well done!Russ and Caroline

We recently updated and replaced both our heating and cooling units with City Energy. Hamid is a talented technician and it was a pleasure working with him. He answered all of our questions and replaced both our heater and air conditioner on schedule with the remainder of our renovations.We've been living in the house for a few months now and so far everything has been running smoothly and we're be happy to be all set up for the winter.
